While this product does not have an added SPF to the product, Coconut Oil also has a natural SPF rating of 4-6, which can block 75% of UV rays. 75% protection would be good for 45 minutes of sun exposure.

To Use

Apply this externally to your lips just as you would a favorite lip product.
Store in a cool dry place, as we use natural butters and oils, and they will melt just like any other lip product if they are left in a warm environment.
