How is Hohm Tree sustainable?
Hohm Tree's catalogue is 99% plastic-free and we specify which items are also Certified Organic, Toxin-free, and/or Fair Trade, though we cannot ensure every item will be shipped without plastic. We take pride in encouraging "Lighter Living" by being imperfectly eco-friendly. We carefully vet the brands we partner with to ensure they have ethical practices for their employees, makers, and manufacturers, as well an uncompromising commitment to decreasing the harmful impact of retail industries. We are committed to keeping the integrity of our brand and partners through transparency and constantly improving.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within one day and shipping is typically 2-7 days for US and Canada, and slightly longer for our international friends. You can find more information about our Shipping Policy here.

Where does my order come from?
Some items are shipped (plastic-free) directly from the Hohm Tree studio in California. Some items are shipped directly from our partner brands, which helps us decrease toxic environmental impact by avoiding unnecessary re-shipping, re-packing, and mass product storage.
Can I return my items?
Some items, such as bath and body products cannot be returned for safety reasons, but if you receive a damaged item you can return within 14 days of receiving your order. You can see more information about our Return Policy here.
